Sam’s focus for more than 16 years has been in the hospitality and residential fields for boutique developers throughout the country. He has an extensive background and knowledge of development, construction and project management in congested areas. He performs full-time project management on all matters relating to preconstruction through the turnover of the project. He is knowledgeable in general contract and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications and the development of the overall plans of action for successful project completion.
