CHA Canada provided select engineering services during the initial development and ongoing construction of Northland Power’s base-load GE 7FA combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) plant (NBEC) and the GE LM6000 peaker plant in Saskatchewan. CHA Canada assisted with the development of the concept design and oversaw the technical aspects for the design and construction of a nominal 100 MW peaking power plant project, which consisted of two GE LM6000PF (43 MW) gas turbine generator packages.
