Saint Peter's University, Athletic and Recreation Facility Renovation
CHA provided comprehensive evaluation and master planning services to renovate the more than 40-year-old, 120,000-square-foot Yantelli Recreational Life Center. Phase 1 included the complete modernization of the multipurpose arena and Hall of Fame. Later stages include additions and renovations to the 8-lane, 25-yard competitive pool, all athlete support spaces, administrative and coaching spaces, and a full recreation center, including a 3-court gymnasium, multipurpose rooms, a fitness/weights suite, locker rooms, and an e-Sports center.
