Proprietary Air Distribution System
CHA developed a proprietary air distribution system to purge high concentrations of carbon dioxide (CO2), which is now being installed throughout North America. Within the industry, CO2 is used throughout the bottling process and is a necessary gas to maintain volume pressure in the bottles within filling rooms. An odorless gas, CO2 is heavier than air and can cause a number of health and environmental concerns if not handled properly. To ensure safe working conditions, CHA upgrades facilities by installing a system of air handling devices with controlling and detection systems to significantly improve the air quality in filling rooms.
An adjustable design, this system can be expanded to service any sized facility, from small operations with only a single filler to large-scale bottling plants with four fillers. With quality perfected through rigorous trial and error, CHA's air distribution system sets the new industry standard.
