CHA provided planning, design and construction administration services for a 137,250 sq ft multi-purpose indoor facility features a 300 meter, 6-lane track and 8 sprint lanes and field events (sand pit, high jump, pole vault), as well as a 100 yard synthetic infield. Netting and divider curtains allows many teams to train at the same time including baseball/softball (infields and batting cages), football, soccer, tennis (4 practice courts), recreational/intramural athletics and band.
The facility also has additional space to accommodate commencement and trade shows. A sub-dividable tiered classroom for 150, locker/changing space, satellite sports medicine suite, and 380 retractable spectator seats provides space for both academics and athletics.
