New Balance, Brighton Landing Development
New Balance has begun construction to build a 1.45 million SF health and wellness district consisting of a new headquarters, sports complex, and hotel, a new practice facility for the Boston Bruins, and up to three office buildings along with space for retail, restaurant, recreation and parking. The project also includes a new commuter rail station on the Framingham-Worcester line tracks that abut the site and run parallel to the Massachusetts Turnpike.
CHA has been involved with the project since its beginning in 2011 and has provided the design team with all survey services to assist New Balance in acquiring and developing multiple parcels of land adjacent to and off the site.
