The East Phase included widening and reconstructing N.W. 25th Street, constructing N.W. 68th Avenue from N.W. 22nd Street to N.W. 25th Street, widening the ramps to and from SR-826 and constructing of a viaduct from N.W. 22nd Street to SR-826 over the westbound lanes of N.W. 25th Street.
CHA was responsible for the project administration in bother of these projects. Our team managed all project activities such as documenting daily construction activities, monitoring personnel, invoicing, certifying materials, finalizing as-built plans, and ensuring final acceptance. Aside from this, we place special emphasis on the non-technical side related to maintaining a great working relationship with the QC group and the contractor. Our combined efforts lead to the successful completion of a much-needed project for the area and the community as a whole.
