Madigan Army Medical Center, Building Systems Commissioning

Building 9920B is a single-story wood frame structure constructed in 1945 at Fort Lewis, Washington. CHA provided independent commissioning services for the Madigan Army Medical Center’s building systems, which included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for the renovation of a 4,000 SF medical clinic in the Preventative Medical Department. CHA’s commissioning services included complete processes to achieve Fundamental Commissioning of the Building Energy Systems - Energy and Atmosphere (EA) Prerequisite 1.0 of the LEED NC 2.2 rating system.
