Compressed Natural Gas Facility

CHA provided construction management services for a compressed natural gas (CNG) trailer filling facility located in Manheim, New York. The project included interconnection with an interstate gas mainline with metering and controls. The facility takes transmission pressure gas from the Iroquois Gas Pipeline (1,000 psig) and pressurizes it to 4,000 psig for storage and distribution in road-going truck and trailers. The inlet pressure is 800 to 1,100 psig, the outlet pressure is 4,000 to 5,000 psig, and the design flow rate is 1,320 MCFH. Our team also provided additional technical support as requested by the client.
