Blue Ribbon Sushi Restaurants
CHA Consulting, Inc. acted as the Owner’s Representative for the complete build out of two Blue Ribbon Sushi restaurants: a 1,100 SF restaurant in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at 30 Rockefeller Center and a 1,200 SF restaurant located in New York City's Financial District at Hudson Eats at Brookfield Place. CHA was responsible for budget management and analysis, Department of Buildings filing and approvals, and schedule coordination for both buildings. The renovations included the installation of new kitchen equipment and mechanical system upgrades.
