CHA Consulting, Inc. acted as the Owner’s Representative for the renovation of the through building lobby, several amenity rooms, and all apartment corridors of this 41-story, twin tower, condominium building on the Upper West Side, New York. The 524,000 SF building is fully occupied by homeowners, and all work had to be coordinated around their convenience. CHA managed all resident communications and approvals from the condo owners' board of managers.
