He has an extensive background and knowledge of development, construction and project management in congested areas. He performs full-time project management on all matters relating to preconstruction through the turnover of the project. He is knowledgeable in general contract and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications and the development of the overall plans of action for successful project completion.

247 Bedford Avenue, Commercial Property

This project has many components, including the combination of five existing structures to create approximately 12,000 SF of retail space. When complete, the property will include three restaurants, the creation of a new two-story building for two large storefronts spread across an additional 20,000 SF, and the construction of two penthouse apartments located above the new commercial space. The retail space contains Apple's first Brooklyn store, a Corcoran real estate office, and an Alo Yoga storefront and studio.
