He performs full-time project management on all matters relating to preconstruction through the turnover of the project. He is knowledgeable in general contract and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications and the development of the overall plans of action for successful project completion.

As the Owner’s Representative, CHA is overseeing the new construction of this 24-story, 65,000 square foot, Passive House residential building located in Chelsea.

The building will house 55 apartments ranging from studio to 3 bedrooms, including affordable units. As a Passive House, the completed building will be ultra-low energy and will require little energy for space heating and cooling.
