Robert Spain Completes Leadership Lab

Robert Spain has recently completed the Richmond Virginia Chamber of Commerce RVA Leadership Lab. Robert is a project manager in CHA's Facilities Market. Over his 30-year career, he has worked primarily on geotechnical, environmental, and residential and commercial building construction projets. Leadership Lab is designed to create individual development and relationship building for emerging leaders who are interested in increasing their capacity to influence and lead within their organizations. The four-month program focuses on self-awareness, social awareness and influence. The program develops emerging leaders with self-confidence and the tools to develop personally and professionally.
