Robert Harvey, PE, Named National Rail Market & Metro New York City Transportation Leader at CHA Consulting, Inc.

Robert Harvey, PE is CHA's National Rail Market and Metro New York City Transportation LeaderCHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA) is pleased to announce Robert Harvey, PE, has joined the firm as national rail market and metro New York City transportation leader. Based in our New York City office, Mr. Harvey will lead efforts to expand CHA’s rail project portfolio, oversee rail project delivery across the United States, and lead transportation market activities in the New York City metro region.

Mr. Harvey joins CHA with more than 20 years of experience in transportation and rail infrastructure projects. His most recent experience includes transit/rail stations and systems and infrastructure design and construction management for numerous New York City metro agencies, including Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), Metro-North Railroad (MNR), New York City Transit (NYCT), and Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH).

Prior to CHA, Mr. Harvey served as New York metro transit/rail market operations manager and associate vice president for AECOM. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rice University. He is a Professional Engineer (PE) in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Colorado, California, and Washington.
