Houston Gymnasium at Buffalo State Awarded LEED Gold Rating

The Houston Gymnasium at Buffalo State has been awarded LEED Gold certification after a $20M revitalization project led by CHA. The 116,000 gross square foot facility was originally built in 1959 and houses all athletic facilities on campus- varsity and recreational. The renovations organized the athletic offices, locker rooms, and facilities; took advantage of exterior views, windows, and higher ceilings; and enhanced wayfinding, supervision, and security.
