"Everything Old Is New Again": Stoughton Library Project Wins Design Recognition

Posted September 10, 2019

Celebrations are in order as the Stoughton Public Library in Massachusetts—where Daedalus Projects, a CHA Company, oversaw the completion of construction in 2018—is included in American Libraries' 2019 Library Design Showcase! The Design Showcase recognizes “the year's most impressive new and renovated libraries.”

The project included expansion and renovation of the existing 22,000 square-foot, mid-century structure to approximately 31,000 square feet. The renovation provided greater accessibility and energy efficiency for the library, as well as modern amenities and the space needed for its extensive youth, English Language Learning, and community programs.
