CHA Welcomes Dean Angelakos as Senior Vice President and Regional Development Leader for New York Metro Region

CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA) is pleased to announce that Dean Angelakos has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and Regional Development Leader. Based out of New York City, Dean will support all of CHA’s public and private business practices in the New York metropolitan region as part of the firm’s efforts to grow its market share and further build a viable, successful practice in the region.

Mr. Angelakos brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, with a focus in strengthening relations, performing analytical services, and developing community outreach programs. He joins CHA following his work at Parsons Corporation as a Senior Vice President and Regional Development executive for New York and New Jersey, where he provided strategic insights and intelligence to develop the firm’s regional market.

Prior to his work at Parsons, Mr. Angelakos assumed prominent outreach and relation roles while working for New York State and New York City. His prolific work with city and state offices has included positions with the City and the State Comptroller, the New York City Deputy Mayor for Finance and Economic Development, the New York City Council, and the New York City Department of Environmental Protection. Through his career, Mr. Angelakos has built long-lasting professional relationships with the building trades and within the construction industry. His knowledge and expertise will be a vital asset to assisting CHA with its client support along with civic, political and industry participation.

Mr. Angelakos is a graduate of Cornell University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, and he remains actively involved with the university’s programs.
