CHA Announces New Vice Presidents

CHA has named seven new vice presidents:

Keith Cowan, CPG is CHA's Environmental Market Segment Director. He has 16 years' experience in environmental compliance, remedial investigation, design, brownfields and hazardous waste.

Michael Hurtt, PE is a Senior Technical and QA/QC Manager in our Transportation market. He has 29 years' experience designing and overseeing the construction of highways and bridge projects.

Johnathan Hickok, PE is a Senior Project Manager. His 16 years' experience includes overseeing the design of some of CHA's flagship highway and sports facility projects.

John Cimino is CHA's Vice President of Project Development in New Jersey. His 16 years' experience includes business development and client management roles for several engineering firms.

Elizabeth Snow, CPA is CHA's Corporate Controller. She has 12 years' experience in corporate accounting.

Dan Higgins is CHA's Director of Government Affairs, Eastern Region. He has 17 years' experience in business development and government relations in the construction industry.

Walter Huntley is CHA's Director of Strategic Client Development. A senior vice president, he has 42 years' experience in economic and community development.
