CHA collaborates with National Grid to provide comprehensive solutions for electric distribution programs, addressing critical challenges and enhancing infrastructure reliability.  Our expertise covers feeder hardening, substation establishment, area studies and planning, inspection and maintenance protocols, transformer replacements, and more. CHA provides support through field surveys, rail, DOT permitting solutions, and DEC permitting as needed.  Our commitment to excellence plays a key role in the successful execution of National Grid's electric distribution programs.

For National Grid's robust Inspection & Maintenance (I&M) programs, we employ an innovative tablet-based data collection system to consolidate problem codes and locations, providing real-time updates and comprehensive pole and equipment information.  We design solutions while adhering to National Grid's standards, upholding their mission of a reliable and resilient electrical distribution system.
