Pre-Construction Condition Survey for Boston's Green Line

To begin a 4+ mile extension to Boston’s MBTA Green Line, CHA has been selected to conduct pre-construction condition surveys of nearby properties. Using video, still photography and tabular formats, we will document the interior and exterior condition of all properties along the route. CHA will also provide survey control throughout the project and prepare a verification report. Extension of the Green Line and the attendant construction of five new stations, is anticipated to cost $1.6 Billion and is scheduled for completion by December 2018.
