2009 ACEC Honor Award Winner
Since its construction in the 1900’s, Wilson Field has been a centerpiece of Washington and Lee University's athletics program. Recently completed renovations to the distinguished venue included a new state-of-the-art synthetic field and 3,500 seat stadium with a fully-equipped press box and a range of player and spectator amenities. The design is an example of how to combine the latest stadium facility technology with historic architecture. Thanks to outstanding teamwork, the University's scholar-athletes are enjoying a top-quality facility that was delivered on-time, on-budget, and ready for the start of the Generals' 2008 football season.
