Over $20 Million in Energy Saving Improvements

We have a highly successful track record of helping a variety of industrial, institutional, commercial and municipal clients reduce energy costs at their facilities through improvements in energy consumption and procurement. In fact, we have identified over $20 million in savings for our clients with an average payback period of only three years.

Sustainability in Facility Design

We address the social, economic and environmental concerns of the 21st century through the application of “green building” design techniques that reduce the operational impacts of buildings on the environment. CHA’s building and site designs are based on the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) performance standards developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

Attention NYS Facility Managers:

CHA is a consultant for the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA) FlexTech program. The program provides funding, on a 50/50 cost-shared basis, with a $50,000 maximum NYSERDA contribution, for studies to identify opportunities to reduce energy costs and improve facility efficiencies. The NYSERDA Commercial/Industrial Performance Program (CIPP) provides incentives of up to 30% of project cost, or $500,000, for implementation of study-identified measures. For more information, visit NYSERDA’s Webpage.
