Clough Harbour & Associates LLP (CHA), a full service engineering firm with 26 offices across the United States, and Isbell Engineering Group (IEG) of Fort Worth, Texas, announced today that they have signed a definitive agreement under which CHA has acquired IEG.

CHA is pleased to announce that the North Central Texas Council of Governments has awarded the firm a multi-year, $2.8 million dollar contract to develop a Regional General Aviation and Heliport System Plan in a 16-county region of North Central Texas, which includes over 300 landing facilities.
