Professional development is one of the cornerstones of our success, both as a firm and as individuals. Although we offer numerous training opportunities for staff at all levels, the crown jewel of our professional development efforts is our Project Management (PM) Training Program.
Our PM Training Program is divided into Basic and Veteran courses. Both programs are offered in the spirit of encouraging continuous learning and improvement among our project managers.
Basic PM Training provides a solid foundation for junior and emerging PMs who are just getting involved in project management. It involves an intensive two-year program of classes held every three to four weeks, taught by both outside consultants and experienced CHA project managers.
Veteran PM Training is geared toward PMs who are more experienced and who are looking to increase their skills in managing larger and more complex projects. This is also a two-year program which is taught by a combination of outside consultants and CHA’s most senior staff.
